A simple tour of Neo for someone seeing it for the first time.
Neo in one sentence
Neo helps people buy and sell products through WhatsApp.
A buyer chats with Neo to find a product, place an order, pay, follow the delivery, or get help. A seller chats with Neo to list products and handle orders.
Some longer or private jobs open a secure Neo web page. There is no Neo mobile app to install.
A buyer's journey
- The buyer tells Neo what they want in WhatsApp.
- Neo shows products that are currently available.
- The buyer chooses a product and checks the seller, price, and delivery details.
- The buyer enters their address and reviews the whole order in WhatsApp.
- Neo gives the buyer payment instructions. The order is confirmed only after the payment company confirms the money arrived.
- The buyer can return to the same chat to track the order or ask for help.
A seller's journey
- The seller chooses Sell on Neo Commerce in WhatsApp.
- They start a new shop. When the Meta shop connection is switched on, an existing seller can choose to connect that shop instead.
- They add products and decide when each product is ready to be published.
- When a paid order arrives, the seller reviews it before accepting it.
- The seller prepares the order and keeps its delivery status up to date.
- They can return later to see products, orders, customers, earnings, and payout updates.
Private setup, identity checks, and screens with many records open on a secure web page. Short everyday jobs stay in WhatsApp.

Share Neo links and see which orders earned a commission.
Support staff
Help with orders, returns, payment questions, and private evidence.
Operations staff
Check problems that need a person, such as a failed payment update or payout review.
Developers
Build, test, run, and improve Neo. The rest of this guide is mainly for them.
What our status words mean
A feature can be built without being ready for everyone. These labels make that difference clear.

| Switched on | People are allowed to use it. |

What works today?
Working Finding products, checkout, payment confirmation, order tracking, reviews, returns, and asking for help have working product paths.
Invite only Neo is still a private beta. Some payment, refund, delivery, and payout journeys are limited to approved tests.
Not ready for everyone Live refunds, live seller payouts, and live courier booking still need more production checks before Neo can promise them to everyone.
